They didn't try to upsell me on anything we didn't need for our home. When they wrote up the contract it was in great detail. We told them we most likely have a lot of wood rot underneath our current siding. They said whatever they find it will be included in the contract price and it will not change. Sure enough when they took off the current siding on our chimney all the wood was rotted and had to be essentially rebuilt. They did not charge us a dime extra!!
